Hemp seed oil has been dubbed “Nature’s most perfectly balanced oil”, it contains a perfectly 3:1 ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 essential fatty acids determined to be optimum requirements for long term healthy nutrition. It also contains smaller amounts of 3 other polyunsaturated fatty acids, gamma-linolenic acid, oleic acid and stearidonic acid. Most people eating a healthy diet that includes a balanced ratio of essential fatty acids, have strong immune systems and healthy skin. Hemp oil has been known to benefit those with acne, eczema, dry skin, psoriasis and more. Hemp seed oil also provides antioxidants (vitamin E), carotene (precursor to vitamin A), phytosterols, phospholipids and calcium, magnesium, sulfur, potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc and chlorophyl. Cedar oil known also as cedar wood oil, is an essential oil from conifers mostly in the pine or cypress family. Milk thistle (silybum marianum) is extracted from milk thistle seed without harsh toxic chemicals using a cold processing procedure. We also use the direct seed grinding method for our capsule powder. This milk thistle extract is the gold standard for herbal support of liver function and overall detoxification. Coconut oil is extracted from the meat of ripe coconuts from the tropical coconut palm tree. Coconut oil has a wide range of benefits for the body. More than 90% of coconut is composed of healthy saturated fats. Lauric acid is more than 40% followed by capric acid, caproic and myridtic acid. As MCT oil lauric acid is easily absorbed by the body. Acting as a perfect carrier oil for herbal extracts because it absorbs easily into the skin. Nettle Tea or called the Stinging Nettle plant has been used for thousands of years because of its pharmacological qualities. Mostly known as an anti-inflammatory, it also aids in treating allergies, arthritis, eczema, muscle joint pain, and skin conditions like psoriasis. Yellow Root also called Burdock contains luteolin, phenolic acid, and quercetin. In a 2008 study Burdock Root was shown to visibly reduce wrinkles.
Our aromatic citrus oils from blueberry, lemongrass, pomegranate, and strawberry contain nutrients which are plant compounds that contribute to the color in fruits and vegetables.
